Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and product-related issues in a professional manner
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders and invoices
• ⁠Ensure timely payment collection from customers
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery arrangements
• Cross-sell and upsell related products to customers
• Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at counter/front area
• Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth customer service experience

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good customer relationships
• Familiar with basic sales processes such as quotations, orders, and invoicing
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow up tasks independently
• Team player with basic computer skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams

• 具备良好的沟通能力及客户关系维护能力
• 熟悉销售流程（报价、订单及发票处理）
