<li>Troubleshoot and follow up with customer enquiries, assist in quotations for customers when required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand and utilise technical drawings for on-board vessel reference.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct analytical, environmental, operational, or performance studies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate operations of marine equipment during acceptance testing.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day business of the operations department.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review, implement and maintain process to adhere to Company’s SOP.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct efficient manpower planning, ensuring technical competence of staff and monitoring their performance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mentor and coach team members to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
