Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the optimizing marine operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
• Support the planning and execution of logistics and supply chain activities for timely, cost-effective delivery.
•  Assist in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
•  Maintain strong client and vendor relationships; assist in rate negotiations and service improvements.
•  Providing quality management and regional support to offices within Malaysia.
•  Support budget planning, cost monitoring, and implementation of cost-control measures.
•  Oversee specific aspects of marine operations, including equipment control, transshipment, and outport activities.
•  Monitor vessel berthing performance, container utilization, and operational KPIs.
•  Prepare and submit required operational reports in coordination with the Manager.
•  Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in operations within the shipping/marine industry.
• Flexible to handle operational issues beyond regular hours and during holidays.
• Experience in terminal, vessel, or depot operations is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
