Job Description
Position: Customer Service Operation
Working Location: Puchong
Working Days/Hours: 6 Days a Week / 9AM - 7PM
Reporting Date: Immediately
Job Descriptions:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone channels.
- Handle high volumes of inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring a professional and empathetic customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Identify recurring customer issues and support service strategy improvements.
- Stay updated on policies, systems, and operational changes.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of customer service and logistics processes.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
