Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.The Global People Services &amp; Solutions (GPSS) Total Reward Services Team Leader is accountable for overseeing compensation, benefits, worker data administration, and HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries, delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient HR operations while driving operational excellence, automation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.<h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><h2>Leadership &amp; Team Management</h2><ul><li>Provide strong leadership and direction to the Total Reward Services team, including coaching, performance management, and ongoing talent development.</li><li>Build team capability through structured training, certification, and continuous development.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h2>Operational Excellence &nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Supervise day‑to‑day Total Rewards operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements</li><li>Manage operational activities related to compensation, benefits, insurance, position management, absences, and related HR lifecycle transactions</li><li>Ensure high data accuracy through robust audit practices, documentation controls, and compliance checks.</li><li>Manage escalations and sophisticated Total Rewards‑related inquiries received through case management and inquiry tools</li><li>Maintain strong data integrity through rigorous validation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ensure compliance with audit requirements, statutory regulations, and internal policies across supported countries and regions.</li></ul><h2>Process Improvement &amp; Governance</h2><ul><li>Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base content, and end‑to‑end process documentation.</li><li>Drive GPSS improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and AI to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system improvement initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders</li></ul><h2>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</h2><ul><li>Partner with stakeholders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), GPSS leaders, and external vendors to deliver HR programs, transformation initiatives, and operational support.</li></ul><h1>Skills &amp; Experience</h1><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Total Rewards operations, with exposure to regional or multi‑country environments.</li><li>Demonstrated people leadership or team‑lead experience, with a proven track record to mentor, develop, and engage team members.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and HR lifecycle transactions.</li><li>Proven experience driving process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence.</li><li>Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve HR operations, efficiency, and data quality.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and priorities effectively.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.</li><li>Relevant HR or Total Rewards professional certifications are an advantage.</li></ul>About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life&nbsp;for all.
