Job Description

Primary tasks:

  • To be responsible of end-to-end of Human Resource & Admin duties which include recruitment, compensation & benefits, budgeting exercise, staff benefits, training & development, payroll processes and maintenance of employee profiles. 
  • To be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring hiring costs are managed within the approved budget.
  • To be responsible on employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, asset collection (e.g. laptops, access card etc.), and ensuring proper handover of duties and documentation.
  • To carry out full payroll tasks including consolidating sales commissions, OT, claims, leave, staff attendance, and the usual statutory deductions and payments.
  • To liaise with statutory bodies for legal and administrative requirements, ensuring full compliance with the latest statutory regulations, company HR policies, and regulatory standards.
  • To manage and administer training and development arrangements, including HRD Corp fund applications.
  • To be responsible on the timely and accurate update of the HRIS, staff KPI’s, and submission of HR reports etc.
  • To reflect company and employee data management in timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. 
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Secondary tasks: 

  • To manage and administer staff access cards and attendance system, including issuance, updates, and maintenance.
  • To support company events, meetings, and internal coordination.
  • To oversee general office administration, including office maintenance (e.g. air conditioning, pest control, and overall upkeep) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • To manage and maintain office assets, including laptops, furniture (e.g. tables), and other equipment, ensuring proper tracking, usage, and upkeep.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • To manage and administer administrative SOPs and policies, ensuring timely logging, handling, and resolution of complaints and reported cases.
  • To prepare and submit routine administrative reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resource and Admin functions would be advantageous.
  • Well-versed with Malaysia Labour laws
  • Language: English, Bahasa Melayu
