<p>Primary tasks:</p>
<ul>
<li>To be responsible   of end-to-end of Human Resource &amp; Admin duties which include recruitment,   compensation &amp; benefits, budgeting exercise, staff benefits, training   &amp; development, payroll processes and maintenance of employee profiles.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To be responsible   for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring hiring costs   are managed within the approved budget.</li>
<li>To be responsible on employee   offboarding processes, including exit interviews, asset collection (e.g.   laptops, access card etc.), and ensuring proper handover of duties and   documentation.</li>
<li>To carry out full payroll   tasks including consolidating sales commissions, OT, claims, leave, staff   attendance, and the usual statutory deductions and payments.</li>
<li>To liaise with statutory bodies   for legal and administrative requirements, ensuring full compliance with the   latest statutory regulations, company HR policies, and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>To manage and administer   training and development arrangements, including HRD Corp fund applications.</li>
<li>To be responsible   on the timely and accurate update of the HRIS, staff KPI’s, and submission of   HR reports etc.</li>
<li>To reflect company   and employee data management in timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and   quarterly reports.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Any other ad-hoc   tasks as assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>
<p>Secondary tasks:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>To manage and administer staff   access cards and attendance system, including issuance, updates, and   maintenance.</li>
<li>To support company events,   meetings, and internal coordination.</li>
<li>To oversee general office   administration, including office maintenance (e.g. air conditioning, pest   control, and overall upkeep) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li>
<li>To manage and maintain office   assets, including laptops, furniture (e.g. tables), and other equipment,   ensuring proper tracking, usage, and upkeep.</li>
<li>Ensuring the office   is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and   properly maintained.</li>
<li>To manage and   administer administrative SOPs and policies, ensuring timely logging,   handling, and resolution of complaints and reported cases.</li>
<li>To prepare and submit routine   administrative reports in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>To perform any   other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time</li>
</ul>
