Join us and discover why Micron’s Global Procurement team is the preferred destination to unleash your talent!As a Procurement Service Delivery Specialist supporting Procurement Operations at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations. You will be responsible for fulfilling service level commitments by responding to demand signals and customer orders, engaging suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery, and terms, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to the Procure-to-Pay cycle. This position requires a proactive approach to improving processes, communicating with collaborators, and managing data.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create Purchase Orders (POs) referencing agreed-upon commercial and business terms, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.</li><li>Process purchasing requisitions through inventory planning and procurement requisition systems.</li><li>Process Change Order requests and PO confirmations.</li><li>Manage overdue receipts and support PO approval processes.</li><li>Identify and address transactional issues in the purchasing process, bringing up when required.</li><li>Partnering and cooperation (spoken &amp; written): collaborate with Singapore (English), India (English) process teams and Japan partners.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients to improve guidelines and promote continuous process improvement.</li><li>Process data request forms for creation, changes, and deletions in procurement-related databases.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum Higher Tertiary education in business, management or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years’ experience in procurement operations and equivalent support.</li><li>Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba).</li><li>Fulfill responsibilities to help reach performance objectives, performance indicators, and progress reports</li><li>Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.</li><li>Analytical approach with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a passion for data storytelling.</li><li>Collaborative and culturally sensitive team player.</li><li>Capability to manage complex operational activities at a high standard.</li></ul>About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life&nbsp;for all.
