<ins>Overview</ins> Mister Mobile is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Product Executive to support our product team in driving product development and system improvement initiatives. Working remotely from Malaysia, you will assist with product documentation, research, system testing coordination, and cross-team collaboration to support ongoing product and ERP-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in product management and technology, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 
<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins> Product Support and Coordination
<ul>
<li>Assist the product team in planning, executing, and tracking product development initiatives, including system enhancement and ERP-related projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on product goals, requirements, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Support the Product Specialist in organizing product launch activities and tracking project timelines.</li>
</ul>

Market Research and Analysis
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights on product trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.</li>
<li>Analyze customer feedback and assist in identifying improvement opportunities for current products and system features.</li>
<li>Compile and present research findings to support product decisions.</li>
</ul>

Product Documentation and Reporting 
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, feature specifications, and internal process documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in creating presentations, reports, and updates to communicate product status and progress to the team.</li>
<li>Ensure product information and documentation are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.</li>
</ul>

User Experience and Feedback Collection
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to gather and analyze user feedback on product performance and system usability.</li>
<li>Identify patterns in feedback and suggest potential improvements to enhance the overall user experience.</li>
<li>Support the team in testing product features and documenting findings.</li>
</ul>

Ad-hoc Product Support Tasks
