What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Assist the team in updating and maintaining product &amp; supplier information in our ERP system (FMH).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Transfer and organise data from Excel into the system accurately.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Check and verify information to ensure everything is up to date.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support data cleaning and improve the accuracy of procurement records.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare simple reports, trackers, and documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance, Warehouse, Central Kitchen, and Operations teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take part in process improvement projects and learn how procurement works behind the scenes.</li>
</ul>

• Update product &amp; supplier data in FMH ERP: import Excel, verify accuracy, prep trackers.  
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse &amp; Central Kitchen in a food-service operation.  
• Gain hands-on procurement experience and drive process improvements!

• Kemas kini data produk &amp; pembekal dalam ERP; pindah data Excel; semak &amp; bersih rekod; sediakan laporan.  
• Perkhidmatan makanan dengan dapur pusat, gudang &amp; operasi.

What You'll Do
