Job Description

1. Food Production & Preparation
   Carry out daily food production including baking, cooking, plating, and packaging according to the production plan. Ensure recipes, portioning, and preparation methods are followed consistently.
2. Quality Control & Output
   Monitor food quality throughout the process to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Check that all items are properly packed and ready before dispatch.
3. Team Coordination
   Support the coordination of kitchen helpers and junior staff during shifts by assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
4. Kitchen Hygiene & Compliance
   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene standards, and Halal requirements in all processes.
5. Operational Support & Reporting
   Assist in monitoring ingredient usage, highlight any shortages or issues, and report daily production updates or challenges to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Immediate availability 
• Minimum SPM / culinary certification is an advantage.
• Experience in baking, Fnb or kitchen operations (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Able to follow SOPs, recipes, and instructions accurately.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks. 
• Good teamwork, discipline, and hygiene awareness.
