Sales Support

<li>Provide administrative support to the Sales Team in managing inquiries, quotations, and bookings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare sales documents including proposals, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and booking databases.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring sales targets and preparing weekly or monthly sales reports.</li>

Corporate &amp; Group Booking Coordination
<ul>
<li>Coordinate corporate bookings, school trips, and group visits to the theme park.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing team building programs and corporate events within the park.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments (operations, F&amp;B, ticketing, and facilities) to ensure smooth event execution.</li>
<li>Ensure all event details, schedules, and requirements are properly documented and communicated.</li>
</ul>

Customer Service &amp; Client Coordination

<li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.</li>
<li>Provide clients with accurate information regarding packages, pricing, and park facilities.</li>
<li>Assist the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.</li>

Event &amp; Program Support

<li>Assist in planning and coordinating team building activities and corporate programs.</li>
<li>Support on-site event coordination when required.</li>
<li>Ensure all event documentation and post-event reports are properly maintained.</li>

Administrative Duties

<li>Manage filing systems and maintain proper documentation for sales and event records.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor booking schedules and ensure proper internal communication.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Sales Manager.</li>
