We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in implementing and improving accounting systems and procedures &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by management &nbsp;</li>
