Job Description

• Responsible for the implementation of buying strategies to achieve sales profit as well as inventory targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Perform merchandise planning, control & documentation
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with other department for better merchandising flow / product launching
• Fast mover & slow seller plan proposal for future orders
• Working with reporting manager & other department on campaign/ markdown
• Communicate & liaise with retail store personnel on stock requisition & other requirement
• Ensure effective inventory management on stock balancing, stock analysis vs sales performance to ensure stocks on best sellers & inventory instore at an optimal level
• Engage regular competitor & market survey to review

Job Requirements

• 2~3 years minimum buying & merchandise experience require
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
• Business-minded with passion for retail
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision & meeting tight datelines
• Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizing, numerical, negotiation and communication skills
