<li>Monitor dessert preparation and portion control to ensure every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience.</li>
<li>Track inventory levels of fresh ingredients so that we never run out of our crowd-pleasing items.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Sales Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and train team members using our easy-to-follow SOPs, helping them gain confidence and succeed quickly.</li>
<li>Manage POS cashiering and daily sales reporting to keep our financial records smooth and accurate.</li>
<li>Engage warmly with guests and encourage team upselling to boost outlet sales and build customer loyalty.</li>
