Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Quality

• Lead opening and closing procedures at our KSL Mall Bukit Tinggi Klang outlet to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
• Monitor dessert preparation and portion control to ensure every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Track inventory levels of fresh ingredients so that we never run out of our crowd-pleasing items.

Team Leadership & Sales Support

• Supervise and train team members using our easy-to-follow SOPs, helping them gain confidence and succeed quickly.
• Manage POS cashiering and daily sales reporting to keep our financial records smooth and accurate.
• Engage warmly with guests and encourage team upselling to boost outlet sales and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen, as this role is based permanently at our KSL Mall Bukit Tinggi Klang outlet.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry, especially in a busy cafe, bubble tea, or dessert shop.
• Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader to help you lead with confidence.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays during peak operating hours.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience with digital POS systems and accurate cash handling procedures.
• Strong multitasking skills to effortlessly manage busy shift periods.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and customer service skills to keep both guests and staff happy.
• A positive leadership spirit with a highly responsible, honest, and disciplined work ethic.
