Job Description

1. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the resort's restaurants including food & beverage service.
2. Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team 
3. Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory
4. Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
5. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.
6. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and beverage offerings
7. Representing the resort's food and beverage operations at internal and external events

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a resort, country club, or restaurant environment.
2. Proven experience in supervising and leading F&B service teams.
3. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and customer service practices.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
5. Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve service issues effectively.
6. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and SOP compliance.
7. Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
8. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
10. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
11. Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field is preferred.
