<li>Managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory</li>
<li>Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions</li>
<li>Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and beverage offerings</li>
<li>Representing the resort's food and beverage operations at internal and external events</li>
