This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about turning ideas into impactful campaigns and wants to be part of a small, agile team with big goals.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and event sales (public programs, conferences, and training services).</li>
<li>Plan and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact aligned with business goals.</li>
</ul>
Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X).</li>
<li>Develop engaging, on-brand content that connects with our audiences and stays ahead of digital trends.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Design digital assets including posters, short videos, and graphics using Canva Pro or similar tools.</li>
<li>Support storytelling efforts that bring our events and training experiences to life.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics.</li>
</ul>
Brand &amp; Messaging Alignment
<ul>
<li>Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all digital platforms.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Track and analyse digital marketing performance.</li>
<li>Share actionable insights to guide content and campaign improvements.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work closely with program, training, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and event timelines.</li>
</ul>
Website Management (Wix)

<li>Maintain and update the company website using Wix.</li>
