Position : Content Executive (Growth/Brand)

Salary Range : RM 3,000 - RM 3,500

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute content strategies aligned with both business growth objectives and brand positioning across the full customer funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, and post-conversion).
   
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice by translating the company’s vision, values, and positioning into clear, compelling, and authentic storytelling.
   
• Create high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, including website copy, social media, campaigns, thought leadership, and launch communications.
   
• Identify high-impact content opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and performance insights.
   
• Map content to funnel stages to support acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention goals.
   
• Prioritize content initiatives based on impact, scalability, brand alignment, and growth potential.
   
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance using metrics such as traffic, engagement, CTR, and conversion outcomes.
   
• Continuously test and optimize headlines, CTAs, messaging, formats, and distribution channels using data-driven insights.
   
• Develop and maintain brand frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and content playbooks to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
   
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and other teams to deliver cohesive messaging and campaigns.
   
• Shape audience-specific messaging for customers, partners, media, and internal stakeholders.
   
• Stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant work experience.
   
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or project experience in content or marketing is an advantage.
   
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese is an added advantage.
   
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
   
• Creative mindset with the ability to balance brand storytelling and performance-driven content.
   
• Analytical skills with an interest in understanding content performance and optimization.
   
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
   
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple content initiatives.
   
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
