Job Requirements

1. **Sales Strategy & Business Development:** - Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in creating and implementing a thorough sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue within Malaysia's Data Centre and Telco sectors. - Seek out and engage potential clients, including OTT companies, cloud service providers, data centres, and telecommunications firms. - Perform market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities. 2. **Customer Relationship Management:** - Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients to comprehend their needs and offer customized solutions. - Serve as the main contact for clients, guaranteeing high customer satisfaction and retention levels. - Work in collaboration with internal teams to provide integrated solutions and services. 3. **Sales Process Management:** - Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing lead generation, proposal creation, contract discussions, and deal closure. - Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure precise billing and invoicing. - Prepare and present impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies. - Keep accurate sales forecasts and handle pipeline management while providing regular updates to senior management. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards. 4. **Industry Networking & Partnerships:** - Represent the organization at industry events, trade exhibitions, and networking gatherings to boost brand recognition and grow the customer base. - Forge strategic alliances with essential stakeholders, technology providers, and industry leaders to strengthen market presence.
