Job Objective
The Executive, Sales (Commercial/Industrial) is responsible for driving sales growth within the
commercial and industrial segments by identifying and developing new business opportunities,
managing client relationships, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance: Execute strategic initiatives to meet or exceed established sales targets
in accordance with the company’s yearly business plan.
2. Launch Management: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies for successful
project launches.
3. Market Intelligence: Conduct weekly and monthly competitor studies and market analyses
to identify trends and support future sales strategies.
4. Lead Generation: Proactively build a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects through
cold-calling, networking, roadshows, and digital marketing platforms.
5. Prospect Engagement: Manage end-to-end client communication, including initial outreach,
follow-ups, and securing site visits or private appointments.
6. Property Showcasing: Conduct professional sales presentations, guided show-house tours,
and comprehensive product briefings for potential buyers.
7. Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing and sales terms to secure high-
value transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. CRM & Client Relations: Nurture long-term client relationships, address inquiries promptly,
and maintain accurate CRM records to improve conversion rates.
9. Transaction Facilitation: Provide end-to-end support to buyers, including loan application
processes, execution of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and project handover
procedures.
10. Payment Collection: Monitor and follow up with buyers to ensure timely payment collection
and billing compliance.
11. Sales Gallery & Asset Maintenance: Ensure sales gallery is well-maintained and sales
materials such as price lists, brochures, and digital marketing assets are kept updated and in
good condition.
12. Management Reporting: Deliver regular, data-driven reports to management on sales
performance, market feedback, and KPIs.
13. Administrative Support: Perform any additional duties as assigned by management in
relation to sales and sales administration.

Remuneration
Staff may commence work between 7:30 am and 9:30 am, and finish between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm at selected work locations including Head Office
