Role Summary:
As Myra’s Culture Intern (Recruitment) , you will be supporting the recruitment and cultural initiatives within the company. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.</li>
<li>Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.</li>
<li>Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment-related reports.</li>
</ul>

This job is an internship where you&#x27;ll help with recruitment and company culture at Myra. You might like this job because you’ll gain hands-on experience in hiring, support new employees, and boost the company’s brand!
