If you have the knack for grabbing attention, stirring curiosity, and igniting discussions with your marketing expertise, then we need you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

<li>Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to showcase our stellar properties and projects</li>
<li>Conducting market research to uncover market trends and hidden marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Hosting and coordinating events, such as property showcases and open houses</li>
<li>Crafting marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content..</li>
<li>Developing relationships and networks with external marketing partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.</li>
<li>Coordinating between marketing and sales team , along with project management teams to ensure marketing success.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records and documentation on narrating marketing activities and results.</li>
<li>Analyzing effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Keeping the company's online presence on point, including social media and email marketing.</li>
<li>Managing the company's brand identity and making sure it's always on point.</li>
