As Myra’s Senior/Marketing Executive, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. If you have the knack for grabbing attention, stirring curiosity, and igniting discussions with your marketing expertise, then we need you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to showcase our stellar properties and projects
2. Conducting market research to uncover market trends and hidden marketing opportunities.
3. Hosting and coordinating events, such as property showcases and open houses
4. Crafting marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content..
5. Developing relationships and networks with external marketing partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
6. Coordinating between marketing and sales team , along with project management teams to ensure marketing success.
7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation on narrating marketing activities and results.
8. Analyzing effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
9. Keeping the company's online presence on point, including social media and email marketing.
10. Managing the company's brand identity and making sure it's always on point.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
