Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage backend processes of the e-commerce platform.
• Submit and organize product visuals, descriptions, and content for uploads.
• Accurately key data into the system, ensuring all product and sales information is up to date.
• Monitor daily sales and platform activity.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements when sales are made.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., couriers) to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in basic reporting and administrative documentation.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
• Comfortable with data entry and using systems or tools for product management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
