<li>Responsible for administration and follow through business processing of the Company projects.</li>
<li>To prepare/compile weekly status reports of documents submitted by merchants for easy retrieval and future reference whenever is required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintaining the database and system functions, manage the documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing good.</li>
<li>Assist in liaising with merchants for necessary documents and/or required materials when necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate A&amp;P materials from our clients and merchants, to compile merchants’ logo, image and other documents for easy retrieval and future reference.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the courier company to ensure safe and punctual delivery of POSM for the various projects.</li>
<li>Handling incoming calls and performing general administration duties.</li>
<li>To perform any ad-hoc duties as required.</li>
</ul>
