The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. This role requires an individual who is independent, resourceful, and passionate about driving marketing success across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms and social media accounts in line with business strategies and management guidelines.</li>
<li>Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.</li>
<li>Coordinate with merchants and vendors on product information, pricing, and promotions to ensure accurate and timely updates.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, and facilitate internal and external meetings; monitor project timelines and ensure stakeholders are updated with progress reports.</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance analysis of campaigns and platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations on project status, campaign performance, and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Guide junior marketing executives, providing direction, feedback, and performance support.&nbsp;</li>
