We are looking for a performance-driven Organic Growth Content Strategist to lead our brand’s organic visibility and engagement strategy across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content mechanics, audience psychology, and conversion-driven storytelling.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing high-impact content that drives measurable engagement, inquiries, and conversions — without relying on paid ads.

<li>Develop and execute monthly organic content strategy aligned with business objectives &nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and manage 3 core content pipelines (e.g. authority, engagement, conversion-focused content) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Script compelling short-form videos with strong hooks and clear sales structures &nbsp;</li>
<li>Shoot and edit high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor engagement, inquiry, and conversion metrics to optimize content direction &nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyse content performance and refine strategy based on data insights &nbsp;</li>
<li>Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trending formats &nbsp;</li>
