Job Scope
Content Creation
- Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok and XiaoHongShu
- Film high-quality product and lifestyle content for social media and marketing use
- Research trends and develop engaging content ideas
- Manage TikTok and XiaoHongShu content end-to-end, including brainstorming ideas, planning content, scheduling and posting
Creator & Affiliate Management
- Source and reach out to creators and affiliates for TikTok and XiaoHongShu collaborations
- Manage the creator / affiliate pipeline and ensure monthly collaboration KPIs are met
- Coordinate collaborations, track deliverables, monitor performance and report insights to the team
Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in TikTok and XiaoHongShu content creation
- Comfortable filming and appearing on camera
- Good sense of hooks and short-form storytelling
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Able to communicate well in Chinese and English
- Experience editing videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Previous content creator experience is a strong advantage
