<h3>Content Creation</h3>

<li>Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok and XiaoHongShu&nbsp;</li>
<li>Film high-quality product and lifestyle content for social media and marketing use</li>
<li>Research trends and develop engaging content ideas&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage TikTok and XiaoHongShu content end-to-end, including brainstorming ideas, planning content, scheduling and posting&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Creator &amp; Affiliate Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Source and reach out to creators and affiliates for TikTok and XiaoHongShu collaborations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the creator / affiliate pipeline and ensure monthly collaboration KPIs are met&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate collaborations, track deliverables, monitor performance and report insights to the team</li>
</ul>
