<ul>
<li>Lead the design and project development process from concept to completion&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop market-driven project concepts aligned with cost, quality, and timeline&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers across all disciplines (architectural, M&amp;E, ID, etc.)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review and ensure accuracy of design drawings and construction documentation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee project execution on-site, including progress, quality, and compliance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections, meetings, and authority coordination&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and contract administration&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor contractor performance, including quality control, progress tracking, and defect management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders</li>
</ul>
