Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Project Manager to oversee projects from initial enquiry through final installation. This role combines sales, client servicing, project coordination, design consultation, and supplier management to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for interior landscaping, botanical design, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, interior fit-out, landscaping, events, or related industries.
• Experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for site visits.
