<li>Assist with the coordination of event entertainment, performances, and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with the management of part timers and staff, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared.</li>

<p>Post-Event Tasks:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the post-event evaluation process, including gathering feedback from attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in the analysis of event data, such as attendance numbers, survey results, and financial reports.</li>
<li>Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Aid in the documentation and organization of event files, photos, and related materials.</li>
