<li>Scheduling: this person need to be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the CEO appointments, and travel arrangements. This may involve arranging flights, booking hotels, and preparing itineraries.</li>
<li>Communication: this person serves as a liaison between the CEO and other team member. They may be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.</li>
<li>Documentation: this person is responsible for maintaining and organizing important documents, such as contracts, reports, and financial statements. They may also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations.</li>
<li>Coordination: this person is responsible for coordinating with other departments or external vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Office Management: this person is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This include supervising support staff, doing inventory checklist, to handle shopee &amp; lazada and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. </li>
<li>Confidentiality: This person is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, such as financial reports, legal documents, and personnel files.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor daily petty cash and invoicing transaction.</li>
<li>Miscellaneous Duties: This person may be asked to perform other miscellaneous duties as required. </li>
