Job Description

•  Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, updating content calendars, etc.)
• Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting, assisting in video shoots coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs, etc.) 
• Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines before review 
• Assist with competitor research on marketing best practices
• Support in procurement of marketing materials & distribution
• Assist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Comfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
• Comfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidance
• Interest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
