Job Description

  •  Manage administrative tasks, including sending proposals, confirming appointments, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Request and follow up on management accounts from clients, ensuring timely submission.
  • Assist in preparing letters, confirmations, and checklists.
  • Maintain and update files, including documentation in virtual and physical records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties such as company secretaries for required documents.
  • Oversee finalization processes, including printing reports, obtaining approvals, and archiving files.
  • Regularly follow up on outstanding information to ensure progress stays on track.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow up proactively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
