We are looking for hardworking, reliable Branch Staff to join our team. As a Branch Staff member, you will be responsible for various daily operations to ensure efficient store operations and an excellent customer experience.

Job Location

LG29B, South City Plaza Persiaran Serdang Perdana, Taman Serdang Perdana 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

General Duties for All Staff:

1. Stock Checking: Accurately count and manage inventory
2. Product Arrangement: Organize and display green goods
3. Customer Service: Attend to and assist customers
4. Store Maintenance: Clean and organize the store environment

Specific Role Responsibilities (will be assigned based on capability):

1. Cashier Role: 

• Handle customer payments and ensure accuracy

1. Invoicing Role: 

• Prepare invoices and receipts for customers

1. Logistics Role: 

• Move merchandise and arrange boxes
• Assist with unloading and bringing goods into the store
• Help customers take purchased items to the car park

1. Floor Management Role: 

• Manage all products and facilities on G floor
• Prepare invoices for customers
• Professionally receive and serve customers
• Organize, clean, and restock merchandise
• Check equipment power levels and maintenance

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to efficiently complete multiple tasks
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic calculation and cashiering skills
• Ability to carry merchandise of certain weight
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a tidy work area
