Job Description

• Produce 3D concept + booth renderings that are buildable, aligned to brand, and within the approved budget range.
• Understand the brief clearly from Project Owner/Sales: objective, target audience, key message, deliverables, deadline, site constraints.
• Deliver drawings on time and manage revisions with clear version control.
• Translate concepts into practical booth solutions: structure, flow, visibility, storage, product display, lighting mood.
• Support urgent jobs when needed (including weekends), with disciplined time planning.
• Comfortable with digital tools (3D Max + Adobe Illustrator Photoshop + AI tools + project platforms) to speed up ideation and production.
• Able to support basic graphic needs: poster/key visual adaptation, simple layout for booth panels.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently (different deadlines + revision ) while maintaining quality, file discipline, and on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

• Read and confirm project brief details including booth size, open sides, height limits, venue rules, power points, LED/TV requirements, and storage needs.
• Identify missing information and risks early such as rigging restrictions, blocked visibility, or tight production timelines.
• Plan project timeline from concept development to internal review, client submission, and revision buffer.
• Propose concept directions including visitor flow, entry points, hero feature, product/demo zones, and staff/storage areas.
• Align design concept with project budget and build feasibility.
• Create accurate 3D models and required render views including aisle view, front, side, top (if needed), and feature details.
• Apply realistic materials and brand-aligned finishes including color, texture, and lighting.
• Prepare basic poster and panel layouts using approved key visuals with correct sizing and readability.
• Coordinate with 2D/print team on file specifications and asset quality.
• Check build feasibility and collaborate with Operations/Project Lead to ensure execution readiness and propose alternatives when needed.
• Implement revisions quickly with proper version tracking and file organization.
• Update project status daily and flag timeline risks early.
