Looking for hands-on e-commerce experience? Working with us at Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd gives you a chance to learn customer support on real Facebook channels while helping Malaysian shoppers get clear, friendly answers in Mandarin.
As the backbone of our front-line team, you will handle Facebook inbox replies, manage live-stream comments and assist with order processing to keep daily operations smooth.

Job Requirements
- This internship requires Mandarin fluency
- Malaysian nationality.
- Availability to work from our Puchong Taman Putra Perdana office
- Monday to Saturday 08:30am to 05:00pm with alternate Saturdays
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Own transport
- Candidates from Business Admin, Marketing, eCommerce or Content majors are preferred but other majors will be considered.
- Good in excel
