Job Overview:

As a Base Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our telecommunication network infrastructure. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing activities at our network bases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of telecommunications equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in telecommunications, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Base Operations Management:

- Supervise daily operations at telecommunication network bases, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.

- Monitor and assess the performance of network equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.

2. Resource Coordination:

- Coordinate with field technicians, engineers, and maintenance teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely response to network incidents or outages.

- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and equipment at the bases, ensuring adequate supplies for maintenance activities.

3. Technical Support:

- Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams, assisting in complex problem-solving and decision-making.

- Collaborate with the technical support team to implement preventive maintenance plans and minimize downtime.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of telecommunication network infrastructure.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and compliance with industry standards.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of base activities, equipment status, and maintenance activities.

- Generate regular reports on network performance, incident resolution, and resource utilization.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including network engineering, operations, and customer support.

- Act as a liaison between base operations and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in telecommunications network operations and maintenance.

- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication systems, equipment, and protocols.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
