<li>Handle IT equipment decommissioning, including servers, storage, and networking devices. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct media management — secure HDD/SSD destruction and disposal. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage structured cabling tasks, including connecting and disconnecting patch cables. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform hardware break-fix support — replace or reseat HDDs, memory, mainboards, SFP modules, and related components. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of equipment and facility conditions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-site support during scheduled maintenance and change activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Troubleshoot IT and network hardware issues in collaboration with technical teams. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and track inventory of RMA parts, cold spares, and tools. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate and supervise vendor activities, including access control and site escorting. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support POP site operations and provide on-call standby assistance as needed. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare accurate and timely reports on operational activities, incidents, and improvements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety, security, and operational compliance standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth data center operations.</li>
