<li>Conduct fiber optic fusion and mechanical splicing for both single-mode and multi-mode fibers.</li>
<li>Interpret and work from fiber network plans, splicing diagrams, and technical documentation.</li>
<li>Conduct OTDR, power meter, and light source testing to ensure proper signal transmission and troubleshoot faults.</li>
<li>Install enclosures, patch panels, and other fiber termination hardware.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate splicing records, test results, and daily activity logs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards at all times.</li>
<li>Coordinate with team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.</li>
<li>Travel to various sites as needed for fieldwork.</li>
<li>Perform other duties related to fiber optic installation and maintenance as assigned.</li>
