The Role: Learning &amp; Growth Intern (OPT Academy) You’ll be working closely with the Managing Partner and Learning &amp; Growth Partner to support the expansion of OPT Academy. This is not your usual internship. You’ll help with everything from research and content development to experience design and partnership building.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Research content related to leadership, team dynamics, people growth, and learning ✅ Support the design and creation of workshop materials and facilitation tools ✅ Help build a database of workshop and team building venues across Malaysia and SEA ✅ Reach out to potential venue and activity partners for collaboration opportunities ✅ Assist in workshop prep, coordination, and ensuring participants have a meaningful experience ✅ Support live sessions and work closely with facilitators and clients ✅ Support and contribute to any additional projects or initiatives that are critical to the company’s success and strategic goals
