This role goes beyond administrative support — it is about ensuring that programmes, classes, and events run smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for preparing spaces, supporting programme delivery, and maintaining operational consistency across the business.
This is a fast-paced, on-ground role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in creating a well-run and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and set up training rooms and event spaces according to programme requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all spaces are clean, organised, and ready ahead of scheduled sessions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain equipment, furniture, and supplies&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track inventory and coordinate replenishment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact programmes&nbsp;</li>

<li>Programme &amp; Event Operations</li>
</ol>

<li>Support the execution of classes, workshops, and events&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with participant registration, attendance tracking, and logistics&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with facilitators, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide on-ground support during programmes when required&nbsp;</li>
