Job Description

Job Summary:

To manage office operations, including supplies, travel, and event coordination. The role also involves preparing expense reports, handling employee reimbursements, processing accounts payable/receivable, and monitoring cash flow. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales policy submissions, tracking store performance, and assisting with asset stock takes.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage office supplies, travel, events, and general admin tasks.
  • Prepare expense reports, budgets, and assist with expense analysis.
  • Handle employee queries, reimbursements, and advanced payment applications.
  • Review and update office policies; coordinate with HQ for procurement and team-building.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable, manage cash flow, and track shipments.
  • Review invoices, manage petty cash, and monitor store rental agreements.
  • Submit dealer policy incentives via FeiShu and track dealer performance.
  • Track store sales for mall reporting and lease renewals.
  • Conduct stocktake of fixed assets and store inventories.
  • Support policy reviews, including deposits and rental contract assessments.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Well organized with strong time management skills
