<ins>Job Description</ins>
<ul>
<li>Perform relevant monthly journal posting and general ledger transactions such as accruals, reversal accruals, adjustment entries etc.</li>
<li>Monitor monthly rental expenses and perform variance analysis for actual vs forecast and budget</li>
<li>Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedule such as fixed assets, prepayment, deposits listing etc.</li>
<li>Perform intercompany receivable reconciliation and issuance of debit note</li>
<li>Liaise with intercompany for monthly intercompany confirmation and reconciliation</li>
<li>Assist in monthly closing task, preparation of monthly reporting pack schedule and monthly forecast</li>
<li>Liaise with regional finance and respective departments PIC on reconciliation of financials numbers and forecasting numbers</li>
<li>Assist on preparation of schedules and supporting for auditors and tax agent request</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to company policies &amp; procedures, statutory requirements and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filling of documents.</li>
<li>Support on continuous improvement processes and ad hoc task</li>
</ul>
