RESPONSIBILITIES

• To maintain Account Receivables and Accounts Payable
• To preview transactions and documentation for compliance
• Assist in daily accounting transactions.
• To check invoices, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records.
• To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
• Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
• To handle petty cash
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Work proactively with other team members
• To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
• Other administration tasks as & when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting and Taxation or in related field.
• Proven experience at least 1-2 year(s) as a Account Assistants for relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCount & MS Office Suite especially in Excel.
• Proficiency in Malay & English.
• Must possess own transport.
• Applicants must be willing to be based at KOTA KEMUNING / TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, SELANGOR.

OTHER INFORMATION:
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 6:30pm (Mon to Fri).
• Salary: RM2000 - RM2500 (Negotiable based on experience & qualification)
