We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping.
Administrative Duties:

<li>Prepare and update profit-sharing reports.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records.</li>
<li>Manage supplier-related tasks, including placing orders and preparing payments.</li>
<li>Maintain sales collection records and ensure timely updates.</li>
<li>Issue customer invoices and receipts.</li>
<li>Handle correspondence with unit owners regarding administrative matters.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain office documentation and filing systems.</li>
<li>Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.</li>
</ul>
Accounting Duties:
<ul>
<li>Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Prepare and process staff claims.</li>
<li>Conduct bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Process payments to suppliers and other relevant parties.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes.</li>
</ul>
