Job Description

• Performance maintenance and repair work such as basic furniture repairs, changing eletrical appliances, minor renovation, touch ups on walls, ceilings, doors.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service air conditioning units independently.
• Carry out daily inspection and ensure every unit are in good condition.
• Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Monitor tools and equipment condition; perform routine upkeep or replacements when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Have experience within the environment of commercial building with good knowledge of overall eletrical system.
• knowledge of eletrical wiring and plumbing is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams.
• Must be physically fit and able to work independently or in a team.
