Job Description

  • Pursue and convert sales leads into successful opportunities through proactive outreach, phone inquiries, and walk-in customer engagement.
  • Proactively source new prospects and build a strong customer base to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Assist with property viewings, site visits, and show unit tours, delivering a professional and engaging experience to prospective buyers.
  • Ensure the sales gallery is always well-maintained, fully stocked with up-to-date marketing materials, and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and personalized advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Support the execution of all sales and marketing activities, events, and promotions, including weekend duties at the sales gallery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project pricing, and competitor activity to provide accurate insights and competitive positioning.
  • Assist clients with end-financing applications, and coordinate the preparation and execution of necessary sales documents.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service before, during, and after the sale, ensuring a positive customer journey and experience.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide constructive feedback to improve sales planning and service delivery.
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a solid grasp of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
