Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Restaurant Cook to join our team starting from April 2026. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing basic food inventory, and supporting smooth daily operations. The role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work independently.

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables, marinating meat, and preparing sauces.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Prepare food orders in a timely manner during service hours.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Assist in planning food preparation for daily operations.

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen working environment.
• Ensure all food handling complies with health regulations.

Team Support

• Work closely with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks during busy periods.
• Support general restaurant operations when needed.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant is preferred, however, we will provide training for those who have the attitude to learn.

Skills

• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• Good time management during busy service periods.
• Ability to work independently.
