Job Description
<ul>
<li>Conduct pricing research and analysis to stay competitive.</li>
<li>Support in planning and executing trade marketing strategies with the sales team for offline channels.</li>
<li>Develop and implement programs to boost product visibility and sales, including better planograms, merchandising, promotions, and shopper engagement.</li>
<li>Ensure timely listing of new products and create compelling selling stories.</li>
<li>Work with sales teams to plan and run in-store promotions, merchandising, and POS materials.</li>
<li>Monitor trade marketing activities and suggest improvements to increase ROI.</li>
<li>Keep track of competitors and market trends to refine strategies.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned by management. </li>
