<ins>Job Summary</ins>
The Sales Planning Executive supports the Sales Planning Manager in developing and executing trade
marketing initiatives and sales planning activities to drive brand growth and sales performance. This
role involves assisting in market and category analysis, preparing trade plans, coordinating campaign
execution, and ensuring strong in-store visibility through effective merchandising and POS materials.
The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective coordination skills to
ensure that trade marketing and sales planning activities are well-executed and aligned with overall
brand objectives.

<ins>Job Responsibility</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist to monitor sales and marketing objectives through trade marketing programs to</li>
<li>strengthen business relationships and attain channel growth.</li>
<li>Plan and execute trade marketing strategies and plans for the assigned category and brand</li>
<li>portfolio.</li>
<li>Analyze both internal and external sales (Sell-in, Sell Through, Nielsen retail data and</li>
<li>Consumer Survey results) to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities for the</li>
<li>channels/retailers in assigned portfolio.</li>
<li>Analyze and monitor monthly brand and category achievements and propose remedial actions</li>
<li>for under achievements.</li>
<li>Monitor competitive activities and submit monthly reports to track frequency and types of</li>
<li>promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis,</li>
<li>reporting and future referencing purposes.</li>
<li>Identify sales gaps and work with the respective Key Account Executive/Manager to propose</li>
<li>close gap measures.</li>
<li>Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts and</li>
<li>trade channel to achieve sales objectives. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with the</li>
<li>positioning and potential of the accounts/channels.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions to determine whether these</li>
<li>meet the Company’ objectives, and make recommendations for future promotions.</li>
<li>Identify and propose sales opportunities via details analysis (sales data, market information</li>
<li>and marketing survey) by developing solutions and initiate localized trade promotional</li>
<li>activities.</li>
<li>Interact with Sales &amp; Marketing regarding deadlines/lead time required for promotions, pack/</li>
<li>price changes, new products, POSM and others in order to ensure on-time and effective</li>
<li>implementation.</li>
<li>Reports and proposal on competitor activities and brand evaluation through market survey.</li>
<li>Collaborate with partner stores on “planogram” and assortment proposal for the</li>
<li>improvement of the categories.</li>
<li>Support new product launches through new distribution tracking, planograms, in-store</li>
<li>visibility drive and timely roll-out in the trade.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship across all Divisions within the organization as well as</li>
<li>external business partners such as Trade Buyers and Distributors.</li>
<li>Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.</li>
</ul>
