- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to convert them as our customers.
- Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections.
- Always strive towards meeting monthly KPIs set by The Company
Job Requirements
- Enjoy working over the phone
- Good communication skills
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu
