Job Description

 

1: Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.

2: Introduce company product features, advantages, and usage methods, and follow up on sales.

3: Execute daily sales activities and achieve individual and team monthly sales KPIs.

4: Facilitate conversions such as APP downloads and registrations.

5: Maintain existing clients and resolve their inquiries and questions.

6: Train client usage and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

7: Participate in company training to improve sales techniques and product familiarity.


Job Requirements

 

1: High school diploma or above

2: Experience in telesales/customer service/channel sales preferred

3: Fluent in Malay and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4: Ability to listen to customer needs and propose effective solutions

5: Strong learning ability, willing to embrace new products and knowledge

6: Patient, with a strong customer service mindset
